Deacon Blues captures the soul of guitar legends from Muddy Waters to Stevie Ray Vaughan, but the Uphill sound is also driven by Chris "Catdaddy" Palestrant on keys, and the Deacon's gut busting blues harp. Virginia Beach-based Isaiah Hunter on drums provides a powerful heartbeat.

Our “Central Hub”, the Stonefish BeachBar inside the Avalon Pier provides the perfect place to people watch, grab a bite, and enjoy some brews. Your can always take your beer and enjoy the other areas of the Bar and the Pier.

Just outside the sliding doors is the Lo Tide Deck which has great views of the northern beach and Atlantic Ocean.
